Reservations
All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due on the day of the tour. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations without refund if payment is not received on time.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full tour price.
Weather Conditions: Salty Dog Adventures Fiji reserves the right to cancel tours due to adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour for a later date or provide a full refund.
Guest Safety
Safety: The safety of our guests is our top priority. We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours to ensure the safety of our guests, crew, and equipment.
Liability
Liability: Salty Dog Adventures Fiji assumes no liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during the tour. Guests are required to sign a liability waiver before boarding.
By booking a tour with Salty Dog Adventures Fiji, guests agree to the above terms and conditions.
